What we collect, and why.

Short version: we collect what you type into the inquiry form so we can reply to you, plus the minimum needed to keep bots out. Nothing else.

What we collect

When you send us a note through the inquiry form, we store the name, email address, organization, area of interest, and message you provide.

To keep automated submissions out, we also store a one-way hashed fingerprint derived from your network address and browser, and the time of submission. We do not store the raw address itself, and the hash cannot be reversed back into it.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or cookies for marketing on this site.

How we use it

Inquiries are read by the principals of The McCue Group and used only to reply to you and to carry on a conversation you started. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

When an inquiry arrives, an alert email is sent to the people on our internal notification list so someone answers you promptly. The delivery result of that alert is logged so we can tell when a message failed to reach us.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in a managed database with access restricted to approved administrators, who must sign in to view them. Email alerts are delivered through our email provider.

How long we keep it

We apply a retention policy to inquiries: after the retention window we configure, older inquiries are archived or permanently deleted. Correspondence that becomes part of an active client engagement is kept for the life of that engagement and our normal business records period.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@themccuegroup.com and we will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle inquiries, we will update this page. For questions about anything here, email hello@themccuegroup.com.
